At Unaru Foundation, every donation directly supports our mission of helping individuals and communities gain access to food, shelter, clothing, and other essential needs.
Because donations are used to fund ongoing charitable programs, all donations are generally non-refundable.
However, we understand that genuine mistakes may occur.
Refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances:
- A duplicate donation was made due to a technical error.
- An incorrect donation amount was entered unintentionally.
- The donation was processed without the donor’s authorization.
- A payment was made because of a verified technical issue with our payment gateway.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the donation date.
